Since 2003, Owners Rick and Laura Bell have built a solid reputation as Northern Nevada's most trusted property preservation and field services company. Rick and Laura are committed to providing efficient and timely service to their clients. • For 6 years, Rick worked as a new manufactured home sales associate involved in the custom design of homes such as granite, tile, bamboo and hardwood floors, different types of hardwood cabinetry, corian, tile and granite countertops, Energy Star and Earth Advantage homes, etc. He has also worked in the capacity of a construction/project coordinator for different types of new homes (stick-built, steel frame, manufactured, modular).  Duties included home design, site development and warranty service.  Rick has conducted site meetings with contractors and customers, secured building permits, and has also worked closely with engineers regarding new home plans.  In addition, he has been involved in structure demolitions and property clean-up’s for 7 years as well.

  Rick currently performs property preservation, inspections and other field services.  Prior to the past 7 years, he performed home/property inspections for insurance companies, has been an insurance broker for 25+ years and also worked as a mechanic/tow truck operator for many years.

   

  Laura Bell:

  For 6 years, Laura was a new manufactured home sales associate involved in the custom design of high-end, energy efficient Palm Harbor Homes.  Project coordination knowledge includes site meetings with contractors regarding the development of foundations, (8-point, runner, vector systems and stem wall/full perimeter foundations), the installation of septic systems and wells, city utilities, power utilities, etc. She also has worked as a liaison for customers and contractors in the capacity of securing permits from county/city agencies, being present for inspections, working with Title companies, lenders, real estate agents, etc, and also completing the appropriate paperwork for the conversion of homes to real property.

  Laura is also a licensed Nevada real estate sales agent, a professional horse trainer since 1977, and the instructor of a 2-credit college course in Equine Management and Holistic Horse Care.

  Laura currently works fulltime in the property preservation and field services industry with her husband Rick.
